Im Flieger in die USA
SCROLL DOWN FOR ENGLISH VERSION
Hallo aus Flug DL25,
9 Stunden Flugzeit. Irgendwie liebe ich es. Diese Ruhe. Disconnected sein vom Kollektiv. Einfach mal Zeit um zu lesen. Musik zu genießen. Filme zu gucken. Spiele zu spielen. Blogeinträge zu schreiben.
Man lernt nette Leute kennen. Wie die Dame neben mir, die schon 4 mal die grüne Einreisekarte ausgefüllt hat, und es einfach nicht hinbekommen hat. Die fünfte Karte habe ich dann für sie ausgefüllt.
Dann frage ich mich, warum kann ich nicht 4 Reihen weiter hinten sitzen. Da sitzt der sicher geilste Typ im Universum. Und er ist Ami. Ich kann nicht aufhören, mich ständig nach hinten umzudrehen. ;)
Auch das Boarding... Immer wieder ein Erlebnis... Was ist daran so schwer zu verstehen, das erst nur Zonen 1 bis 3 geboardet werden? Und trotzdem steht dann jeder Heckenpenner vorne und wird zurückgewiesen... " Zone 9 ist noch nicht dran".
Noch 3 Stunden Flugzeit, dann stehen wieder lustige Gespräche mit US Customs and Immigration auf dem Programm. Was ich so lange in Deutschland gemacht habe. Und er fragt garantiert auch diesmal wieder, welche Musik wir so spielen im Sender. Ich freu mich schon drauf. :)

Flight time 9 hours. Oh I just love it. Seriously. This Silence. Being disconnected from the collective. Time to read. To listen to music. Watch movies. Play games. Write blog entries.
You get to meet so many new people. Like the lady right next to me. She was already at he fourth attempt to fill out the landing card when I helped her out and did it for her.
Then i wondered... Why can't I be sitting at 25A. Next to the hottest guy on earth! I can't stop turning around and starring at him... ;-p
Also the boarding process is always quite entertaining. What's so hard to understand that they are only boarding zones 1 to 3 and not 9? So many fools had to be sent back in the line...
Well 3 more hours to go to Atlanta before it's time to chat with customs and immigration. Soooo looking forward to this q&a game... What have u done in Germany for so long. What kind of music do you play at your station.... Always the same old questions....
Anyways.... Talk soon ;)

FIFA World Cup: England vs. USA
It’s the most anticipated match in the group stage of the 2010 World Cup. It has been dubbed the biggest game in American soccer history. It is US vs. England and it’s less than six hour hours away. GO USA GO!!!
